Vodafone is one of the most well recognised mobile telecommunications brands, with ownership interests in 30 countries and an estimated 323 million customers globally.

To improve and speed up customer service in its stores, Vodafone Portugal were interested in creating a more automated solution to allow staff to focus their attention on sales and service, rather than routine credit top-ups.
